Apple’s foldable iPhone Duo goes on pre-order on 16 October and on sale on 23 October, and a Mac Studio with 512GB of memory is due in late October, while other products expected this month are unconfirmed.

Apple’s foldable iPhone Duo will open for pre-orders on 16 October 2026 and will be available on 23 October, according to Business Today, which cites MacRumors and says these are among only two items that Apple has officially confirmed for the month. The phone has a 7.6-inch inner display and a 5.4-inch outer display, and it uses the A20 Pro chip, according to the report. It comes in Star White and Night Sky.

The second confirmed product is a Mac Studio with 512GB of unified memory, available in late October with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips, according to the same report. The report does not give prices for either product.

The rest of the October list is based on reporting and not on Apple announcements. Business Today names an OLED touchscreen MacBook Pro, described as the first touchscreen Mac and the first major MacBook Pro redesign since 2021, which may use M5 Pro and M5 Max chips and not the M6 that earlier rumours suggested. It also names a 14-inch MacBook Pro with an M6 chip, an M6 iMac and an OLED iPad mini with a faster processor.

Software updates are also expected. The report says that iOS 27.2, iPadOS 27.2 and macOS 27.2 are likely by the end of the month and may include wider language support for the Siri assistant.

The article says plainly that, of seven items, only the iPhone Duo’s schedule and the Mac Studio’s 512GB configuration have been officially confirmed, and that the rest could change. Delima News therefore treats the touchscreen MacBook Pro, the 14-inch M6 MacBook Pro, the M6 iMac, the iPad mini and the software releases as rumours.

The timing of the foldable matters for the phone market. The smartphone market in the third quarter was down 20%, with Apple’s shipments down 22% after it did not release a base iPhone 18, according to Counterpoint, as Delima News reports in a separate article. A foldable could be aimed at the higher end of the market, but the sources reviewed do not give its price, so that cannot be assessed.

A search summary says that on 14 October Apple launched a HomePod mini 2 with a smarter Siri, an Apple TV 4K and a HomeView smart home display with a 7-inch screen, and added hypertension alerts to Apple Watch in the Philippines. Delima News reported on the HomeView event earlier in October, and the other items were not reviewed.

The wait between the start of pre-orders on 16 October and the sale date on 23 October is seven days, a count by Delima News. The sources reviewed do not say in which countries the iPhone Duo will go on sale.

Prices are the main unknown. The sources reviewed give no price for the iPhone Duo or the Mac Studio, and the reports on the other products are not accompanied by prices either. Delima News therefore cannot say what any of the products will cost.

Delima News will report on Apple’s announcements as they are confirmed.
